De Bortoli Winery & Restaurant Yarra Valley
Virginia Helier Consulting were retained by the De Bortoli family to complete their new winery, restaurant and cellar door area at their Yarra Valley property. Works included complete interior design and site management of all public areas, menu creation and recipes, staffing and systems. Culminating in a grand media launch. Ten years on Hellier Consulting were invited to create and instigate a year-long strategy to promote the winery and restaurant through numerous activities to celebrate De Bortoli's tenth anniversary. The initial feature of the tenth anniversary celebrations included the visit to Australia by Lorenza de Medici. Helliers also instigated the tenth anniversary wine label, tenth anniversary retrospective wine box, a Victoria-wide De Bortoli restaurant week and inclusion of the wines in a major Hong Kong promotion. Hellier Consulting was commissioned to launch a new range for Ian Sutherland Smith. This activity involved arranging a media event to unveil a totally new bottle image for All Saints, including a kiln-fired labelling design for bottles. Glen Erin Vineyard Retreat
Hellier Consulting promoted this small winery and restaurant when they added an accommodation and functions component to their budding business. Hellier Consulting promoted the entire complex and their wines.The promotion for the entire property very much focused on their boutique wine range. Virginia Hellier Consulting is currently working on a program for Glen Erin's 10th birthday celebrations.
