The Queen Victoria Market Electrolux Cooking School celebrates its tenth anniversary this year and offers day, evening and weekend classes. Chefs and presenters are extremely varied from Justin Pola (Blue Corn), Abla Amad (Abla's), Tim Smith (Fabric), Allan Campion (www.campionandcurtis.com), Frank Camorra (Mo Vida), Alan Koh (Ko Ko at Crown), James Reeson (ABC TV), Vicki Leng (Australian Mushroom growers) plus many more. Topics include Spanish, Middle Eastern, Seafood, Italian, Indian, Cantonese, Baking breads, BBQ's, Mexican and children's school holiday classes and more.
