Geoff Lindsay is the internationally recognised face of Pearl restaurant and bar in Melbourne Australia, and the iconic Pearl on the Peak restaurant, Hong Kong. Described as a man who recognises the cultural integrity of food, Geoff has enjoyed international acclaim for his unique creativity, an intrinsic connection to Australian produce used in Asian accented dishes and a strong intuitive drive - but he describes himself as "an Aussie boy that was seduced by the flavours of ginger, pomegranate, palm sugar, chilli, chocolate and Turkish delight".

Geoff's first award winning restaurant was the famous Stella in Melbourne's CBD - his Pearl Restaurants in Melbourne and on the Peak in Hong Kong opened to critical acclaim and have continued to gain him world wide recognition and accolades for both his inspiring food, his menus that span many cuisines and his ability to challenge diners across two continents.

Geoff has travelled the world via Dubai, New York, London, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Thailand and L.A. presenting his decadent trademark fare, through his modern Australian technique which is at the forefront of cutting edge food - all this while extolling the virtues of Australian produce and products.

In that time Geoff has also attained over 60 restaurant and food awards, is regularly viewed on Australian television programs and writes food & travel commentaries for the Australian Financial Review newspaper.
