In 2003 Hellier Consulting offically launched the Queen Victoria Market book for The City of Melbourne, a compilation of history, recipes and stories.
The launch of the book saw six years of planning come to fruition. Hellier Consulting assisted the QVM management through the introduction of an excellent
journalist to write the history and through liasing with chefs re recipes etc.
Beautiful B&Bs & Small Hotels - Victoria
Hellier Consulting created the publicity campaign for this fine book on Victorian B&Bs, published in 1997 and the first in a series of Australia-wide travel books by Jennifer Lamattina. The book was launched at Gardens House in the Royal Botanic Gardens and our promotion strategy, aimed at general and trade media, proved very successful as the book appeared on best seller list five times in the first few months following its release.
